I’m just about ready to head home. I’ve had the BEST time here in ABQ and every visit I always think about moving back. Someday….I know in my heart I will be here again. I will miss my lovely friends dearly…but I know I’ll see you this summer.
Here are some photo’s of my girlfriend and her sweet looking daughter. She drove down from Santa Fe and we met for Cold Stone ice cream and then photo’s on the mesa. Completely perfect.

It never fails….I always hit the ground running when I arrive Albuquerque. I have promised myself to have one full day of really doing nothing…and that means not leaving the house and just hanging out with my mom curled up on the couch reading or watching movies….ahhh…bliss. I’ll let you know if I stay true to myself. (wink)
Yesterday was a FULL day of eating and visiting with old friends….plus threw a baby shower for one of my besties.
Our day started out just as it should here in the 505…..breakfast at the Range, catching up with Shara (even though we talk daily) and devouring my plate of huevos rancheros with green chili.
With temps in the 70′s, I forgot to pack my flip-flops…so that gave us a good reason to shoe shop. Not only did I find flippies… we also lucked out and noticed a boot sale going on at Shoes on a Shoe String. UGG boots were 25% off!! I can NEVER find those boots on sale! Whoo-hoo! Almost bought me a rainbow of colors….but I restrained myself.

Whoo-hoo! The eagle has landed! I repeat the eagle has landed! LOL!
I arrived in Albuquerque tonight! Can’t wait to eat at Dion’s and visit with friends!
