Ok…truthfully…I only knew the answer to #1! I’m not a sports fan, so any sport related questions are always met with the “I don’t know/don’t care”….statement!
Sooo….the other day my girlfriend, who will remain nameless in this post, needed to dress up fancy for her holiday party. Yes…yes…a holiday party in January. Anyway…she didn’t want to wear anything formal and came up with the idea she’d dress up as this wild 80′s person just to throw everyone for a loop. heehee
Of course she came to me for ideas and inspiration (I mean who wouldn’t right? (wink) ) and I actually had plenty of 80′s stuff to offer her….Like Totally! And I’m talking plenty of Day Glow stuff here people! Remember that crap? So… there I was in my kitchen completely amazed at our creation she was modeling when I said out loud “You just need some Jelly shoes to complete your outfit!”
OK….raise your hand if you knew what “Jelly’s” were! My girls gave me blank stares so I had to Google “Jelly Shoes” just to show them what I was talking about! I loved my Jelly’s…but I mostly remember how sweaty and dirty my feet would be after wearing them all day! Talk about GROSS! I use to sport a pink and white pair.

*Raising hand here!* I loved my Jelly’s too! Dan and I actually were just talking about them last week – I was just in awe that he knew what they were. And I only knew the answer to the first one too. Alan Thicke was a great tv dad!
