Studio Policies
- Creative Session fee must be paid prior to the session to hold your date and time. No portraits are included in the session fee.
- Your private on-line proofing gallery is available for 7 days only. Please place all orders before the expiration date. A $30 retrieval fee will apply to any expired gallery.
- Only ordered images are archived for one year from date of purchase.
- Orders are placed once all money has been received. Check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
- Due to the custom nature of the photography there are no refunds.

Copyright infringement is serious business.
Kathryn Rose Images and Kathryn Gross retain all copyrights to the images photographed. It is illegal to scan, sell for profit, alter, copy, post to the web, or reproduce Kathryn Rose Images’ portraits in any matter or medium and is punishable by law. I, Kathryn Gross take great pride and care in my photography and work extremely hard to bring you the best quality in prints and products. Creating scans of my work simply diminishes and devalues the image quality and damages my reputation as a photographer. Thank you for respecting my work.
