Whether you’re an upcoming senior or a parent of a senior, I want you to know that I work hard to make sure your customized portrait session is one of the best experiences of your senior year. There’s nothing better than ending this chapter of your life with amazing images in which your true personality shines through.
In addition to providing a wonderful session experience, creating custom tangible ART for you to treasure the rest of your life and passed down for generations to come is the core belief of Kathryn Rose Images.

From the first phone call, to picking out clothing, to offering water at your session, fixing make-up, brushing hair from faces, rolling shirt sleeves, to hanging the photos on your wall…
I’m here EVERY step of the way.
STEP 1
Choose Your Session
All sessions are booked in the morning (9am-noon) or late evening hours (6pm-sunset) in the months of June or August. September and October sessions are booked during the weekday mornings and your Senior will be called out of class.
Senior and Ultimate sessions take place at the location of your choice.
A phone consultation to discuss your “looks” (outfits), locations and any ideas will take place prior to your session.
You can plan for your session to last about 2 hours or more. Please factor in time to change clothing, fix make-up, re-do hair and driving to different locations that stretches your session out. You will NEVER be rushed (unless the sun is setting), and I welcome your creative idea’s once the session has begun.
SENIOR SESSION
This popular session takes place at 2 locations of your choice. Includes 3 looks (outfits). What’s Included: 25 High resolution digital files delivered on a USB tucked inside a custom wooden keepsake box along with an art linen 5x7 portrait of each image. Your Custom Video presentation. Private online gallery with downloadable link given for easy sharing with family, friends, or on social media. Yearbook image included.

ULTIMATE SESSION
The Cadillac of all sessions includes unlimited outfit and location choices. Winter, Spring, or sports session included. Approximately 75 (or more) high resolution digital files. Digital files delivered on a custom USB tucked inside a wooden keepsake box along with a custom fabric portrait box containing all gallery portraits printed on fine art linen & sized 5x7. (50) Custom Graduation Announcements. Yearbook image. Custom Presentation Video. Cap and Gown Spring Session. Private online gallery with downloadable link given for easy sharing with family, friends, or on social media.

MINI SESSION
The “Just for you mom!” session. Created mainly for moms with boys who are not interested in taking senior photos but they’re sweet enough to know mom wants it done. This session will still give you amazing senior images and your boy will be pleasantly surprised how painless it all was! Plan for about 45 minutes, includes 1 outfit choice & 10 digital images given via a download link for easy sharing. This session will take place on a weekday during studio hours at your home or downtown Eau Claire location. Additional outfits and 5 images each outfit can be added to this session for an additional $200 each.

Please be aware that I will not photograph a client in the same location twice for current seniors attending the same school. This helps to ensure I’m fresh on my toes and YOUR session is 100% uniquely creative to you and won’t be duplicated.
You’ll need to have 2 dates in mind when making your reservation. The second date is for backup in case of rain or extreme weather cancels your session.
Please note: a $50 fee will apply if your session is rescheduled 7 days from session date.

Call and reserve your date.
$300 Reservation retainer will secure your portrait session. All money will be directly applied to your session collection. Your balance will be due at time of session.
Checks are welcome. Credit Cards accepted and a small fee will be applied to process your card.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE
I understand firsthand that senior year expenses can get out of control quickly. Please know that payment plans are available and interest free. Print products or digital images will not be given until your balance is paid in full. Please contact me if you have any questions, I’m here to help.
Your Own Custom Video Presentation
Presentation is EVERYTHING! I’m rolling out the Red Carpet for your portrait reveal by creating you a one-of-a-kind custom video set to music that’s of course…staring you!! This video will be yours to share with your family, friends, post to social media, or just watch anytime to remind yourself how good-looking and AMAZING you are!
*Videos are not available with mini session choice.

Capturing my Own
